Rental Fees

Rentals at the Fayette Depot are available Monday – Sunday for all sorts of events. We can manage a business luncheon to an all-day celebration. Ask us how to get your event booked and set up hassle-free.


5 Hours – $400

Each additional hour – $150

Friday or Sunday

Friday 5 Hours – $650
Sunday 5 Hours – $550

Each additional hour – $150


5 Hours – $900

All-Day Rental – $1600 (9am-11pm)
All-Inclusive pkg up to 50 ppl – $2650

Each additional hour – $150

Rental fees are based on five (5) hour blocks.  Additional time may be purchased on a per-hour basis.

Holiday and special events may incur additional fees.

Reserved use of the Fayette Depot includes the use of Five (5) tables and 30 chairs.  Additional chairs and tables may be available for rent.  

All events require a $150 deposit and $50  non-refundable booking fee and a cleanup fee of $150.
