Our smoke-free, handicap accessible facility offers 880 sq ft of customizable space and also adds a 1300 sq ft outdoor party platform. We can accommodate large events such rehearsal dinners, corporate outings, and birthday or graduation parties as well as smaller, intimate gatherings like baby showers or luncheons. We also have a retractable roof providing shade from the sun and rain on our deck!
The Fayette Depot is a multi-use facility complete with historic charms and modern touches.
Each rental has access to all the following amenities:

- Indoor Venue Space that can Accommodate up to Approximately 100 People

- 75” Television for Presentations or Video Tributes with HDMI wall port
- Tables and Chairs are Available

We also offer additional conditional amenities. If you want to bring your own outdoor grill or install a bounce house/inflatables, we let our guests do so after signing our liability waiver forms.
