Our smoke-free, handicap accessible facility offers 880 sq ft of customizable space and also adds a 1300 sq ft outdoor party platform. We can accommodate large events such rehearsal dinners, corporate outings, and birthday or graduation parties as well as smaller, intimate gatherings like baby showers or luncheons.
The Fayette Depot is a multi-use facility complete with historic charms and modern touches.
Each rental has access to all the following amenities:
- Open Floor Plan With 880 Square Feet of Indoor Space
- Indoor Venue Space that can Accommodate up to Approximately 100 People
- 1340 Square Foot Outdoor Party Platform (partially covered)
