WELCOME TO tHE FAYETTE DEPOT
Nestled in the heart of downtown Fayetteville Georgia, the Fayette Depot Event Center features modern facilities with historic charms. We can accommodate large events of up to 100 people at our venue location. Anything from rehearsal dinners, corporate outings, birthdays, graduation parties as well as smaller more intimate gatherings like baby showers or luncheons.

Event pricing and terms and conditions
All rental fees are based on a six-hour event time. Additional time, if available, is booked in one-hour intervals. The event venue is available seven days a week.

After your reservation form is submitted, you have two payments to make
Payment 1 – Deposit
$150 Security Deposit and $50 Booking fee
Please make this payment as soon as possible to secure your spot.
Payment 2 – Event Payment
After paying your Deposit. Your event payment is due 30 days before your event. (if your event is in less than 30 days, your payment is due immediately). We will reach out via email regarding full payment according to your event details, see you soon!

AN EVENT VENUE
RICH IN HISTORY
The railroad line through Fayetteville was built by the Atlanta and Ft. Valley Railroad Company in 1887 and 1888. It carried freight and passengers and in 1895 was acquired by the Southern Railway Company. The present building was built in 1902.
