Rentals at the Fayette Depot are available Monday – Sunday
Package 1
Monday-Thursday
5 Hours – $700
Each additional hour – $100
All day – $1300
30% of your event payment is to be paid
at the time of your booking and is non-refundable.
All events require an additional $300 refundable security deposit.
Package 2
Friday or Sunday
5 Hours – $900
Each additional hour – $150
All day – $1600
30% of your event payment is to be paid
at the time of your booking and is non-refundable.
All events require an additional $300 refundable security deposit.
Package 3
Saturday
5 Hours – 1100
Each additional hour – $200
All day – $1800
30% of your event payment is to be paid
at the time of your booking and is non-refundable.

Rental fees are based on five (5) hour blocks.
Additional time may be purchased on a per-hour basis.
Our operational timings are 9am-11pm
Holiday and special events may incur additional fees.
