Our smoke-free, handicap accessible facility offers 880 sq ft of customizable space and also adds a 1300 sq ft outdoor party platform. We can accommodate large events such rehearsal dinners, corporate outings, and birthday or graduation parties as well as smaller, intimate gatherings like baby showers or luncheons. We also have a retractable roof providing shade from the sun and rain on our deck!
The Fayette Depot is a multi-use event facility that combines historic charm with modern amenities, providing a welcoming and versatile space for a variety of gatherings and celebrations.
Each Rental Includes Access to:
- Open Floor Plan with 880 Square Feet of Indoor Space — approximately 24 feet × 43 feet
- Indoor Venue Space — accommodates up to approximately 100 guests
- 1,340-Square-Foot Outdoor Party Platform — partially covered
- Retractable Awning for the outdoor deck
- Tables and Chairs available for your event
- 75-Inch Television for presentations, slideshows, or video tributes, with HDMI wall port
- Bluetooth Speakers and Microphone
- Prep Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, ice machine, and coffee maker
- Barbecue Grill available for rent

We also offer additional conditional amenities. If you want to bring your own outdoor grill or install a bounce house/inflatables, we let our guests do so after signing our liability waiver forms.
