We can accommodate large events up to 100 people such as rehearsal dinners, corporate outings, and birthday or graduation parties as well as smaller, intimate gatherings like baby showers or luncheons.

All rental fees are based on a five-hour event time. Additional time, if available, is booked in one-hour intervals. Event times are available seven days a week.

AN EVENT VENUE
RICH IN HISTORY
The railroad line through Fayetteville was built by the Atlanta and Ft. Valley Railroad Company in 1887 and 1888. It carried freight and passengers and in 1895 was acquired by the Southern Railway Company. The present building was built in 1902.
